First you will need this code http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=61460.0
And second, you will need super sawnd and the smashbros_sound.brsar http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=61460.0

open it and look for the fighter's id, i.e. Snake's sfx ID is "44" so you should rename whatever sfx that is for him "44.sawnd".

You can change the codes on a .gct with this, but Project M already uses the sound replacement engine, and I once opened their .gct only to find that all of the cool codes(like the clone engine) are sort of "hidden", they're all under the "unknown codes" section, so it's impossible to tell where it ends or where it begins. Open their .gct and you will understand.
