Are you sure your scaling the right bones? You do preview the model and then load her animations from the right bar in BB and then edit them right? I don't see how the animations couldn't be scaled.

i have the real ichigo psa, but its on ike. somehow, i got that psa to work on metaknight, but with a few problems. the problem was animatons, but i lost it all...
