Yeah so i was trying to swap PT over peach and have been constantly getting freezes i know it'll work as i've seen people do it before however i really don't know what i'm doing wrong i'm replacing the models/textures but it still freezes Halp? i kinda need to know it so i can get my lil bro off my case Also one last question if i can't figure this out does anybody know how to polygon swap?

Make sure her has 1 more bone then her with the bone adder tool.

I'm working with her now anyway. Including TopN she has 106.
For future references when you view the model bones just go down the tree until you see ThrowN. It's always the last bone for character models.

Thank you for that bit of info i guess old dogs can learn tricks i'll try using to bone adder to give PT some moar bones then i'll try it out tomorrow and see if it works

They have the snap-back glitch. Better to leave them alone unless you wouldn't mind a motion file. Otherwise I'll swap them for you.

Doesn't work for imports. They have different bone parameters then brawl models so they can't be renamed. Why else have people been struggling with animating imports.
