Hope he really does look good as you say p.s: WE NEED ANIMATORS! His psychic Abilities were telepathy and he could also dowse things through photographs, so that he could find things and people. As an Arcobaleno he still has all his Powers, but his Illusions have been strengthened, possibly because the Arcobaleno´s Mist Pacifer is a Ring that emits Mist Flames, creating real Illusion Maybe you can make him have an attack where something floats in front of him and he throws it at the enemy? The most used Illusions by Viper are the Illusions of clones of himself and the Illusion of tentacles coming from underneath his hood. His pet Fantasma is what gives him the Ability to fly. In one occasion,he even showed that he could teleport. You could make the clones of himself/teleport thing like Lucario's Down + B. And the tentacles coming out of his hood can be another attack. |

how about this:
UpTilt- tentacle upwards
SideTilt- A whip-like move, with a tentacle
DownTilt- A move like lucario's Bv
UpSmash- He spins in place, making a combo on enemies nearby, at the end has a upwards knockback
SideSmash- He does a headbutt-like thing
DownSmash- Something like ike's B :/
would that look like a good idea? If yes, I will need help with the tentacles...
