Have you ever thought about attempting stages?  Could your method of vertex hacking work for that too?

There's a ripped model from Melee floating around of Fountain of Dreams:

I was wondering if it would be possible to morph some giant-ass object into an entire stage, or perhaps multiple objects into smaller sections of the stage.  A near perfect recreation of Fountain of Dreams would be damn cool.

Besides, by the looks of it, MarioKart64n is done with brawl hacking.

Um... I don't think MK64n does Brawl hacking anymore, and, you should take this to the requests section of the site, and even if MK64n did still Brawl hack, I don't think they would have done this request anyway, if I remember right, they didn't take requests...
