why isn't winter smashville working when I put it in the melee folder as it is?
Either your in the wrong "Time of day" from the Wii's internal clock or its spelled wrong, probably the first. Just copypasta the file and replace the number '00' with 01,02,03, and 04. Do I put the , there or....

^^^ That. Just copy/paste the STGVILLAGE_00.pac and rename it STGVILLAGE_01.pac, STGVILLAGE_02.pac, STGVILLAGE_03.pac, and STGVILLAGE_04.pac. Then put ALL FIVE of the files on your SD Card in the pf>stage>melee folder and then, no matter what time of day it is, the texture will show up on SmashVille.
