It resizes the Vertexes of a model all at once.
But it is made in GameMaker, so it rounds up the numbers, resulting in those fine pieces of art.

Any value, for ed it was about .85 and Falcons was the same. |

Did you follow what to do in the txt?
It says to set the first bone to "0.1" and then "1" That's probably why they look like that. lol
