Is... This the balanced version's move set?
Neutral special air looks really broken... It looks like with what you plan, you can fly after a opponent trying to
get back on the stage, and spam that move, unless it puts her in to a helpless state, but even so, on stage it can be spammed.
The ground forward special has a lot of range, though if there's some significant end lag, it might be okay.
Up special looks okay (well if it's not as powerful as it is on Luigi... But I don't think it is).
Down special... I would have to see it in game...
Forward special air, as long as it puts her in a helpless state it should be okay.
Neutral special is okay, it looks like there will be start up lag, maybe that should be her air Neutral special as well?
Also, even though Cloud did this, the air moves should be the same as the ground moves, most character in Brawl don't have a different special move in the air... Eh... Sorry for so much typing...

Nuetral B is a crystal shot regardless of air or ground, just different different directions and this will be a balanced moveset. The ground specials will have quite a bit of lag if done like in the video but I do agree with same buttons - same moves.
His moveset so leave it up to them. Only side>B is noticeably different so not a big deal.
