So this hack is on hold for a while, because I lack the time to continue working on this. But as a present for you I release the current dev-version as is. This Hack consists mainly of minor bugfixes and some animation updates compared to the first Beta.
Still might not be that interesting for you if you don't plan on expanding/continuing on this for yourself.
Check out the thread for more info and even more development releases

*Please, make sure you're running all included codes properly before reporting. Quite a few people report only to find out they forgot to activate an IC-Constant code*

*Original version can be found here: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=18580*

Once again, credit to Eldiran for creating this great hack in the first place. You can find his here: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=2303
After finding a few glitches in the original glitch pack, I was able to fix them. This Wisp is flawless, has proper SFX now, has no Jigglypuff death sound, and will not crash at all. Here's a list of changes:
-Now uses Jigglypuff's non-vocal SFX. The death sound has been edited out so now Jiggs' voice doesn't show up at all.
-Uses the newer, more efficient IC-Constant codes.
-Has a 6th costume fix. Because Jigglypuff only has 5 costumes, using the green slot would freeze the game. This isn't a problem anymore.
-More CSS Icons are included.
Once again, this is a hack well-suited for G&W, and should work flawlessly. Even the effects aren't altered on Jigglypuff when the two face off.

Done on request for PervyTheShadow.
So yeah, this is from Megaman Legends. It's a decent song and worth using. It's perfectly looped. Yeah I really don't have anything else to say about it...

Edit 4/21/12: Switched over to box.com. If you don't like box, then go [censored] yourself. Cheers ;)

Wow, two hacks released in one day? That has to be a record for me. Hey there brawl hackers, big or small. This is the LC with a new brawl hack. I got real bored, so I looked through a Clone Engine forum. They were talking about the Marth rel. It was ok, I guess, until I saw something that caught my eye. Someone by the name of IWasAPerson said that if you use the rel file with the IC Code (included in download), and you use Viewtiful Joe (PSA made by Sdo0m, vertex made by BeyondYou), it works flawlessly. Though, it only works for VJ and VJ only. So, don't go porting any Captain Falcon or Goku hacks yet. Enjoy!

This is a port of Eldiran's great Wisp character/PSA over Mr. Game and Watch, using a patched .rel. Eldiran has fully endorsed this, and all credit for the PSA should go to him. The original version (over Jigglypuff) is here: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=2303
Follow the readme, as this has instructions on how to properly use this hack including the IC-Constants code. This includes CSPs and icons for the Flaming Blue CSS (unfortunately there are none for the regular CSS).
This is a hack well-suited for G&W, due to his lack of real costumes (all of them are hardcoded palettes). Since Wisp has no true textures, it also has no true costumes. This clears the problem that both have, and also leaves Jiggs open for anything else.

This is that one ridiculously popular song, the Advent Children version of it. However, I found that none of the AC versions are looped, with the exception of one. The one that is looped is of Advent Children Complete's version, but I feel as if the instruments aren't close to as good in that version as in the original.
So, here's a looped version of the original Advent Children version of One-Winged Angel. The loop is well-placed, and almost none of the song is cut out.

Done on request for VietCookie.
This is an interesting dance/techno track on Newgrounds by RealFaction, it is looped at about 3 minutes in and keeps most of the song intact. Give it a shot, it's a good song.

*EDIT 10/15: Fixed the broken link*
A rock remix of the original Gym Leader theme, by TheJonnyDeath aka GaMetal. This is perfectly looped with the guitar solo still in the song. It's great for any Pokemon-based stage.

This is Toxic Seahorse, from the 32-bit versions of Mega Man X3. It is looped perfectly and can be kinda catchy to brawl on. It is a direct rip from the PC version.

*EDIT - Fixed the download*
A remix of Blast Hornet by R.G.M.R. This is a well-done remix and can be good for many stages. It's looped well, and is just good.

This is from the original Rondo of Blood for the PC Engine. I liked this version the best of any. It's a great song and fits well on any of the Castlevania stage hacks on here. It's ripped directly from the Dracula X Chronicles disc (Rondo of Blood portion of it) and is looped flawlessly.

Brawlvault doesn't support starting at a certain time, so skip to 4:45 for the preview.
This is a dance remix of a not-well-known game for the NES, Journey to Silius. It was created by DJ Axis and is a good mix. Unfortunately, it was taken down from it's original place at ScrewAttack a while back. It's a shame since it was a good remix of Stage 3. It is looped flawlessly and without any important part of the song cut out.

This is a remastered track for the Rockman Zero Mythos album, for Departure (intro stage music for Mega Man Zero 2). There are already two other versions of this but one has a bad loop and the other cuts out the majority of the song. I went ahead and fixed these problems: the majority of the song is intact and the loop is flawless.

This is Vile's theme from Mega Man X8; it plays when you fight him in the game. Personally I think it's one of the better songs in the game.
It fits surprisingly well in a brawl and is perfectly looped.

A rock remix of Meta Knight's Revenge, by TheJonnyDeath aka GaMetal. This surprisingly fits well in Brawl with the solo and everything, and your fights on Halberd will be a lot more epic.
Loops perfectly and the volume is the same level as the original Meta Knight's Revenge BRSTM. It's a great remix, and you should check out TheJonnyDeath's other video game remixes if you like this.
