This stage is not meant for serious gameplay. I've made it to showcase the shadow system I invented some time ago. It would be nice that stages made with stage builder blocks, imports, etc. projected shadows, and that's possible with the shadow system.
Just take the 3 MShadow models inside the first modeldata, and looking how the stage is done, and where the collisions are, and you should be able to place shadows over your grounds (or even walls) so you can make your stages more realistic.
Also, if you're a fanatic of strange stages, you can use this one to play xD
