Update (8/05/2022): Please redownload if obtained before the listed date as the blender setup is re-revamped with a updated cropper system using Camera Manager Add-on and the Loom Add-on for Blender. All of the scene changes and instructions are documented in a brand new instruction pdf. All renders have been given one final pass for polish and blow-out control.

After a long college semester, I can finally release this bad boy!

15 New & Revamped recolors for Sonic ranging from Smash 3 / Smash 3C accessories to newly made assets released by Rainbow Land. Even vBrawl accessories got their time in the spotlight.

Comes with a brand new Blender Scene modified from the Brawl Posed Sonic by Tyleto and Virtual Beef. Has some new features
to better represent the in-game look.

Costume Specific Effect files for P+ are also included. :)

Chozo Armory Definitive Edition by Cahalan, Program, Moe with credit to Tyle, Virtual Beef

aka Brawl Samus Definitive Edition.

BOTH Samus and Zero Suit Samus in their Brawl incarnations have gotten redone probably for the last time using Program's glow materials and further edited to blend in with vBrawl.

In the dark, the light up features are not blown out compared to Project M and require no model edits. These recolors are built over the Samus and ZSS files straight from the disc.

The other new aspect is that the renders are now using Tyle's Brawl Pose setup for more of that 2008 feel.

It's been a while since I've done a Samus Costume!

Time to return to the Armory and make it really fit in with the Brawl Aesthetic. This set tackles 6 out of a total 25 recolors which will be released in sets further down the line.

You might recall the glowing aspects of Samus since her inclusion in Project M. The methods to replicate that glowing in this pack originate from the Program's original release which don't require model edits to the Brawl Costume.

On top of all that, I have done further editing to make the glows not be as blown out and preserve the original detail. It's worth looking at the Imgur Gallery for further detail. ;)

Retro Finale: Final Destination 64 by Cahalan, C2PO, Ryztiq

Some time ago, Theytah (now Ryztiq) released a version of FD 64 that had the same collisions as PM Final Destination.

I've been working on this background edit for quite some time, and today would be the perfect time to finally release it to the public. It's a recolored Tabuu's Residence background, but I also made an effort to recreate the original center sigil from Smash 64 with a special easter egg included.

The Racing Suit alt from Brawl Minus got some neat little touch ups in the down time I had for a while.

The back quills have their env again, the main costumes got some more visual distinctions to better standout against the standard Blue Hedgehog, and the pinball textures and overall look got redone too!

Upscale 64 by Cahalan, Mewtwo2000, MarioDox

What once started as a little experiment has turned into a full scale stage pack for most of the N64 Stages that have been ported into Brawl / Project M. The textures for these stages have been run through an AI upscaler called Waifu2x under its artwork Preset and some have gotten some additional touch ups to make them look even better.

Dream Land is a special case as I used Blender to correct the its UVs on the Tree Tops so that it looks symmetrical.

Mushroomy Kingdom's Hazard import from Mario Dox is also included in the stage pack. I did not put its textures through an upscaler, instead I used ripped textures from Smash 64 and made it pixel perfect while also recreating the vertex coloring from the original game.

The stages that you may recognize from PM use their vPM selves, however it is totally possible to port these stages to the variants by Mario Dox that have recreations of their stage hazards.

Battlefield and Final Destination are not included in the package at the moment, but I may work on them down the line in a future update.

NOTICE: Due to recent events, I do not condone the recent bullsh!t that DSX8 has been caught doing. Despite that, it's not entirely justified to remove his name from the credits since it's still their effort that I am working off of.

The compromise that I decided with myself is to only put them in the credit list so that they do not get any downloads added to their profile.

Grooming Minors is just flat-out disgusting, don't do that.

Update: 9/05/2020
Additional hotfixes for the modern costumes have been added so that the shader edits from last time are more consistent with vBrawl (blame an extra material for this flub).

Update: 8/20/2020
The skin tone tints for the modern costumes have been updated. This oversight fix will also apply to the racing suit alts later on.

Missed Sonic's costumes from Brawl? Well this pack is for you!

Not only are the Brawl Costumes revamped to have better coloring, but the Smash 4 costumes are here as well (with some brawl flavoring). Not only that, but there are a couple of new costumes that follow the Brawl styled trend.

CSProject assets are included as well along with the new separated Etc and Spy files used in mods like TE and P+.

Program's Zero Suit edits have been given the Chozo Armory Treatment! Same ideas for the costumes, but on a model that's much more consistent with Subspace cutscenes and lagless in most cases (except when using the SJS alts, they cause slight lag in 4 players iirc).

This is an option for those using the Chozo Armory in their builds, so the Varia Suits ARE NOT included. The blender setup for the vBrawl Zero Suit Samus by Spigel (with edits to make the lights work by me) is included however.

Touched up Versions of Ryztiq's N64 Battlefield and Smash 2's Melee Battlefield. New Background work for the N64 variant (_Z) is inspired by the original release from Ryztiq with some additional flare inspired by Aldolies' background import.

Collisions, Cameras, Blastzones, and Spawns should match those used in TE's / PM 3.6's Battlefield; aka 1:1's of Battlefield.

There was an older version of this stage, which is now sadly gone.

Mario Circuit Light by Cahalan, CaliburZx, MarioDox

A new layout for Mario Circuit inspired by it's vBrawl counter part. A speedier camera straight from 3.6 is included.

This stage has blastzones that favor killing off the sides, however you can still K.O. off the top at around 100%.

K.O.'s off the bottom of the stage are just as potent as off the sides.

Unlike it's vBrawl counterpart, this stage does not have shy guys racing around the track causing a camera change periodically.

This is thanks to an edit to Mario Circuit's trap table, making it working as intended over the base stage with no further porting needed.

Any GFX bugs relating to a certain Blue Hedgehog or other characters are not caused by the stage and should be reported to whoever made the moveset or knows how to fix said bugs.

This pack has blender files, costume files, a CSSSlot config, and UI specific "Drag-'n-Drop" files for EX Builds.

Ridley and Meta Ridley have been given 15 unique costumes each, some of which have gotten edits from their inclusions in the original Classic Ridley Balance Overhaul release (eye colors).

Special thanks to Luminous Warrior for his initial pose for Ridley from his Ridley CSProject release.

Temple M was transformed into Skyloft for Project M 3.6...
There was one problem though, it lagged a fair amount.

This aims to fix that by going back to the Temple aesthetic while still being true to Skyloft's gameplay as it was in Project M 3.6.

The thumbnail may say tourney despite it being dependent on the region, but I still consider this version tourney viable.

Works over Temple or FD with no module or rel file.

Update 2: Mario Dox's Bury Animation Fix has now been integrated into Samus' PSA.

Update: CSP Project 2.5 Color Smashed Stocks are now included. There are also some new notes about the features of the pack and TE 2.5 friendly files to take advantage of the new Team Costume Code (that also applies to the CSSConfigs) along with fixes for the Hotpants costumes' bellybutton introduced in TE 2.5 and a minor color update to the Black Fusion ZSS costume.

If you feel like it, become a patron. Mods and other content won't be behind a paywall, this is just something I'm trying out for the first time. Now onto the fun stuff!

I have once again revamped the Phazon Suit recolors to the point of having the phazon bits added on the costume be prepped in the blender setup (making it look good in blender, and having accurate nodes). Also joining in on the fun is an additional recolor... though I must warn you that this new color is a bit dangerous.

There are some minor fixes to help the model play nice with Blender (thanks Pyro!) and the CSP Project pose for Samus.

A .blend and the paint.NET files for the textures are also included for those wanting to make new recolors in the future.

This is an improved CSS for Project M that also works with Pyotr's PMEX build (hence the Ridley Slot).

There are a few things you should know before diving in head first:

There is a CSSRoster.dat included that works with the PMEX versions of the CSS. Use that to get the roster order you see.

There are 2 versions of the CSS. The default one uses CI8 format for the icons. The other uses the CMPR format instead and has a smaller file size. Use which ever one that best fits your personal build. If you intend on adding tons of custom content, CMPR is the best for you.

The CSS can accommodate for more EXSlots than Ridley. However at certain slot totals, the arrangement of the icons gets weird. A definite pattern to this is currently unknown, but generally you want to have at least 47 slots in total if you add more than 1 EX Slot to the CSS. Multiples of 5 over 45 are a good marker to aim for in terms of slot total.

To change the look of the icons, you'll need to use Brawl Box and replace the MiscData[70] in the .pac that you're using. Be aware that there are certain versions of those files made specifically for their respective Sc_selcharacter.pacs. (Cmpr goes with CMPR; PMEX with PMEX; etc.)

There are two styles that the CSS Icons can be: one that mimics the PM style and another that harkons to Smash 3DS's Character Icons. Choose whatever one tickles your fancy.

The Character Icons themselves are a specific size. The image is 46 by 46 pixels in a 64 by 64 transparent canvas. Keep this in mind if you want to make your own icons.

That's right, after finding midis from vgmusic.com I updated the instruments and used feed back from people on discord to help perfect these updates.

Due to difficulties finding a decent midi for Duel Zone its theme was not included in the pack, however in the zip and the description of the preview video there are two alternate remixes I found that can be used in the mean time (they're not included, I just describe the two remixes that I found).
