too many things in my mind at the same time, I must order them; but im trying what I can to make calcium. LAT miku model on itself has like 30 000 vertices so does calne ca, reducing those numbers without ruining the model will be hard

It will take a while, but the results will be worth it. This way you don't have to worry about weird deformations and open seams in the model, because you actually have control over which verts go and which ones stay.

"Touhou Sky Arena" ? the thing is that this certain Nyaruko model cant be helped with proOptimizer, it affects it terribly even using as 99% ._. and yes, ive got all the Touhou Sky Arena models and I made TSA okuu for sammy
