it started happening to me too when messing true the chars files like mario luigi sometimes when going to the next page it says no database error or something a refresh usualy fixes it but it happens like every 2 or 3 pages to me only started like 3 weeks ago

Don't forget. I have .REL's too. The only thing they were reported for was having no pictures.

I agree. Most of the time that a hack doesn't have in-game pics it's because it's the uploader's first hack and they really don't know what they're doing. Adding a link to a tutorial on the submission page would be a great idea.
As for why people don't use the available resources, it's because 9 times out of 10 the guys that don't provide pics also don't go on the forums so they don't know about the guys willing to make vids and pics.

for starters the video should show -how to take pics with the snipping tool out of dolphin/brawlbox -how to save pics to the wii and then transfering them to the sd card via running brawl with no codes, and then you got all that converting from bin to jpeg mombo jombo i cant do it myself since i dont own a video capturing device and i dont use dolphin<.< also why did this guy collab velen when he removed velens textures and how come he didnt collab Nano the new rules say that collab is needed when minor edits also is it the final Metal Sonic? http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=29280 |

and the hack is no better than the last one you guys made
@flygon: u should type in your hacks that edits need permission from you, or users will do as they please. apperantly they dont need permission as long as they credit you, unless u specifically say something in the description of your release...

Yeah, I just read the rules and they have changed. Seems like permission isn't required anymore.
So, if there isn't anyting against that, I guess it has to stay. Just another... not very good recolor in the vault.

The new Brawlvault rules don't say anything about permission because there's no such thing as permission anymore. Everything is allowed but what's restricted is in the rules. And as long as collab for minor edits/credit for major edits are given, It's fine. So hacks can't be removed for lack of permission anymore. They can only be removed for lack of proper credits.
