I've watched your Wes video, and I guess you have some small problem with his normals.
I'll try to explain you.
The model was originally facing the left if I'm not mistaken (I used the same one for my PT version). Because of this, the lights that should affect his left side ingame are actually affecting his front part. I've noticed that you didn't fix it in the video. The back of the mewtwo is bluish, but Wes's bluish part isn't in that direction.
Here you can see the issue. The directions of lighting for Pikachu and Wes are different:
While in this picture, all the characters have the light coming from the same direction:
My recommendation about this would be exporting the model into 3ds max again, and export. I guess this was what I made to fix it in mine. You may lose the position of the glasses, but I suppose you're experienced enough to fix this.
I'm not sure if you're willing to fix it, or if it's really necessary. But I guess it would look better and the character deserves it. Watching your video, it seems to work great for Snake.
