    then Recolours of Raccon Luigi
    (Brawl´s recolour with texture for raccon tail+ears plus a SMB3 8bit texture over Fire Luigi since i dont want Fire Luigi on a raccon powerup PSA Cheesy)

    Sounds cool. But it won't work like Mario's moveset right. Like he will all ways be in raccoon mode, correct?

    only one thing to replace and that thing only got one Animation so cape is still not possible

    EDIT: this going to be harder then i think it will be Sad for hammer over Fireball without Luigi Fire them but stay at hands

    all is moveset on all his transforms

    only Goku will be based on normal/SSJ since SSJ dont do Spirit Bomb and normal dont go dragonFist

    but rest of the Dragonball char. do the attacks no matter what tranform like Gotenks with ghosts Cheesy
