He meant that you should put the final flash graphic over goku's neutral B graphic, recolor it, and make it smaller.

Loving the Big Bang and Final Flash attacks.
Could you maybe implement the Final Flash graphic to Goku's kamehameha?
Make it blue, and narrower...his current kamehameha graphic looks to plain.
Finalflash is that colour so why change it?

This It'd look a lot less flat looking and more flashy. Just as Goku's signature attack should be! |

i agree that it would be a better gfx but maybe the reason its not used is becuase it wasnt possible to add the little round thing to the end of kameha? dont know if im wrong but its a guess |

...that's why we said to resize it, Lucario's final smash has an animation, you can make it shorter with that.
I'm sorry but, the imported model looks real bad in brawl, and unless a better one is available Lucario's is the best model to use.
