Starting to make this all into one collab of vertex hacks. Pyramid Head from the Silent Hill Series - CREDITS: thezac268 for un-screwing the model, and supplying great screenshots This is my first model edit, but not complete as of yet. I am creating a themed hack to Silent hill series, and of this theme I am creating the Pyramid headed creature  This is what I have so far in place of Ike:   Update: ingame shot with a slight glitch, and I think i know how to fix it http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e351/Kirbypop/IMGA0096.jpgthe strands behind him. could be that i did something to the bandanas Update 2: Not sure if I had just screwed this up, but here is a texture edit now...  I will be creating a single thread soon to keep all my works together, so lookout for that... Hey, I am trying to fix the lines things and well, I have gotten rid of them. I'm trying to import your vertexed parts, like the skirt thing(IDK what you would call it) but you stretched it down by his feet, and I have tried to put it on the fixed model but it won't show it? How exactly did you vertex it, or did you hex it, if you hexed it that would explain a lot. Here is the pictures with the fixed lines and re-done texture:
 EDIT: Also I have to RE-import all your vertices onto the pre-hexed Ike with no scarf, so yea, I know I'm not done yet. But is it better? Or worse ? EDIT:BTW I removed the tails off of the headband(the things sticking off the back of his head XD)

Thats excellent, thank you very much. and no, I didn't use hex for this... was I supposed to? I used Mariokart64sn's apparent new method of vertex hacking... it works up to a point, as I try to change things like the dress thing into that weird apron thing... but i'll give that another shot. Could be I am doing something stupid with it. Also another thing, I have ideas for three possible new hacks for three other characters I can do: Chaos 2 over Bowser Krystal over Wolf (with that gattling gun from Starfox Assualt) Gordon Freeman over Link. Trying Chaos 2 first, and should turn nicely... just bowser's base model is all one model frame... interesting Thinking of making a second thread so I can keep my hacks all in one place, what do you think of that?

Okay, tons of responses... First, I must have done something wrong trying to port it on to the fixed model. Second, the Krystal and Chaos 2 and the Gordan Freeman sound AWESOME! Third, about the making a new thread, I wouldn't do that, I would just keep this thread and just modify it, and change the name. Make this thread for all your vertex hacks, and when you start(if you do)making textures then I would start a thread in the texture hacks forum. And last, I am still working on it and trying to get everything back to normal, just without the random lines. Oh, and did you try vertexing his cape? EDIT: Wow I feel a little dumb XD, I just noticed that you didn't actually take off the scarf! I unchecked the polygon, to see which polygons were causing the lines. Wow, like I said I feel dumb.
