Graphically, pretty much everything is looking really awesome. Most of his moves are still too powerful right now but I have faith that with enough playtesting this could be pretty well balanced. Here are a few suggestions for the individual moves:
1) The fire pillar attack looks amazing but is too strong right now. I would probably cut the damage and the stun effect for this so it isn't broken or annoying to play against.
2) His Aerial up A should look more like multiple stabs upwards and less like Cloud's spinning sword attack
3) The only throw that I would change is the down throw. The others look perfect. For his down throw, maybe he could shove his enemy to the ground and stab him with the sword. Maybe this could cause higher than normal damage but it wouldn't have any knockback (kind of like Snake's down throw).
4) Multiple uses of his Aerial Meteor attack allows him to stay in the air infinitely. Maybe make him fall slowly as he's using the attack. Another idea here could be making this attack like Cloud's where she shoots down several smaller comets instead of one large meteor.
5) I'm not sure if this is intentional, but his run starts off looking like it's going to be a glide and then it turns into a run. It doesn't really look bad just something I was wondering about.
6) His flying (up B), while it's certainly getting better, still feels kind of stiff and should animate a little more fluidly.
7) The Final Smash is awesome looking but It would be great if we could find a way to balance it. Maybe the initial attack can be a sword slash if he hits the opponent with that it could activate the Supernova attack.

His winning pose is a cool idea but right now it looks like he's humping the ground after he lands.
Anyways, I am really loving how this is coming along so far and I definitely think with enough work and polish that this could be one of the best PSA's ever made.
1) The pillars of fire have 1 damage each hit, and it would look bad if I took away hits. The reason it stays there is because it's an infinite graphic. I'll make it end if animation ends.
2) I guess I could do that, but I like it the way it is.
3) But I made that throw.....:'( I could give it less knockback...
4)I'm not sure how that one will work. I guess I could make him fall after the meteor explodes.
5) Yeah, I meant to change his dash to fit the run, but it ended up looking reeeeally bad, so I just stuck with the original animations.
6) Could you elaborate a little more? I don't get it.
7) Okay, but I like that the way it is. It's perfect.

I noticed that, too, and I fixed all of the Win animations.
