Blastoise on Bowser would be the most awesome one, and probably easiest. You should add Slaking over DK on the pool as well. Moveset makes sense and they got pretty close body types. Just saying :p

Sneasel would be cool over sonic, but might be easier over yoshi since he already stands like one :s

Except Sneasel would look better over Sonic, moveset-wise if you know what I mean. Sneasel's attacks would look natural over Sonic and awkward over Yoshi.

That would take forever.....

Mainly  because of Sonic's f***** up bone structure.  For every frame of every animation you would have to rotate the right shoulder 180 degrees.  It's boring, tedious and no one in their right mind would bother doing it :-\

Thanks  ;D. She would be pretty tough to make look good considering she's got bat wings, a devil tail, and horns. Even her weapon would be though. Maybe I'll maker her someday though.

Creating animations is a looooooong process. Trust me. An 80 frame waiting animation for example would take an hour or two at least.

Creating animations is a looooooong process. Trust me. An 80 frame waiting animation for example would take an hour or two at least.   

It wouldn't take quite as long because of two things
1: we don't have to make guesswork on the bone positions since there's a reference
2: we still have to do the shoulder thing, but not with the +180 cause it'll be sonics bone structure doing the animation itself.

An hour really isn't that long, depending on what your point of view of long is. Imagine if we were creating all the animations for brawl or Twilight princess and such, no wonder they need to take extra time on the game release @_@

While the head could be a challenge, the rest of the body is pretty much the same as the Pimple-Battletoad skin (with a couple of bumps in the back and extra muscles).
