Probably for the same reason why Link has a lot of fans but very few people main Link on Smash.

Not quite. I'll try a couple more things and if none of them work I'll just release it with fire, and update later with a no fire version.
I've tried renaming the bone. I've tried scaling it to zero. Neither worked.

Have you tried moving it to an obscenely large value? Like changing the Y-Translation to 100000000000000000000000000000? |

Awesome job, it's like xmas has come again. While I have enjoyed all your Pokemon hacks thus far I don't want my list to be too overrun with Pokemon characters  The Peach edits for Etna's weapons is something I particularly enjoy. |
