Nice video. Though I am a little sad that Groudon has already passed Black Knight in downloads

Too true, but that's because there hasn't been much advertising for them here in the US.

But the old Black Knight is the most downloaded Ganon.....
haha, anyways, I guess I'll get back to work on my latest hack. I'm sure an optional summon from arguably the least popular Final Fantasy will get tons of downloads.

I can't agree more, Velen. They've slipped up on many opportunities, like, Roy's game for example. Fire Emblem needs more advertising, it's worth it and I'm sure it'd get 'em the sells the want.

And you can expect a video showing him off, and of course, with Groudon's size mod.
Final Fantasy vs Pokemon. <.>

Not too mention that westerners missed out on the first 6 games in the series (assuming they didn't import, of course, and not counting the remake of Marth's game). Seriously, more people know about FE characters from their Smash appearances than do from their appearances in their own freaking games. It's more than a little sad, IMO.

Very true. As I said above, they slipped with Roy's Fire Emblem. When Melee came out, many people were curious about these 2 guys, and were waiting for Roy's game, but instead, we get the prequel, and if that's not enough, the game of the waited character never came to USA. I really didn't understand the marketing tactic they used there...

Indeed. Speaking from personal experience, the only reason I got FE for the GBA was because I saw Eliwood on the box and I said to myself "Cool! That's that game where those weird, Japanese guys in Melee came from! And look! It even has Roy on the cover! I can't wait to play as Marth and Roy in their own game!" Needless to say, I was a tad disappointed at first (though I eventually grew to love the game), but I'm still confounded by the fact that the first Fire Emblem game that western gamers such as myself got was a game with neither of the characters that introduced us to the series. Seems a little weird to me...

I went throught your same experience. I LOVED the first FE released here, but, I thought 'til the end Eliwood was Roy, when I found out Roy's game was released first than this one in Japan and not in the USA, I was really dissapointed...

And I'm pretty sure that FE7 (Eliwood's game) was a prequel to FE6 (Roy's Game).

It was, but Roy's game was released first, and then Eliwood's came.
