Huh? Well I mean I don't want to impose and make people do things for me.. It's kinda my project so I do want things to be a certain way. What would you suggest?

Ask them what they think of the animations, not to edit or tweak it. If you want the moveset to be everything you want it to be, it needs to be you who does it. That's not to say that asking for help to finish all the animations is a bad thing. In fact, I would recommend it. It would also mean you would get the animations done faster with the more people you have working on it.

Ask them what they think of the animations, not to edit or tweak it. If you want the moveset to be everything you want it to be, it needs to be you who does it.

So would you say me finishing all the animations that I want to be a specific way and then leave stuff that I really don't care about for anyone who wants to help? Not like do some work and leave the rest to others, but more like do as much as I myself need to do and then divide up the work from there or something? Or would there be a better way?

Well..... make him do the "SHOW ME YOUR MOVES" taunt. 
Can't even do that x3 He doesn't have common bones with any character other than having enough to function in brawl. Everything's gonna be custom-made

He said memeless, Mah Boi. For a taunt, you have him bounce up and down on his tail ecstatically. For another you could have him do a pirouette and then wave at the screen.

Yea this is becoming too frustrating to do on my own. I've looked through PSAing and it's not even this bad. Any good animators want to take this on?

I would, but I have Zero animations that need working on (as well as me finding a job). So I can't. However, if the jump, running, and other needed animations before I start the aerial attacks are not done by the time I finish them, I'll go ahead and help out.

ive found the animation problem, just as i said i would report my findings... the problem is: *(drums)* THE FKN T-pose!!!!!!!! he dsnt have a real T-pose!!!!! his feet should be completely rect in the T pose, his arms to the side and not to the front, but the tail is ok. i have no idea if u can change the rotations to have his T-pose different, and fix it, but if u can, u should be able to import animations and stuff. i hope this helped. and btw, i could try doing some of the animations, i'd like to do the wait3 and some appeal animation, just to help a bit, im starting school again so i wont have too much time, but i can always work in the week-end.

Do as much as you want, seriously. And I know the T-pose isn't normal, but that's not why the animations won't import. The bones aren't even named the same, and I've tried renaming them to match, it also makes things glitched. Go ahead and load up the model in brawlbox, then try and make the Rthigh and Lthigh 1.2 times larger with scaling like I think they should be (for battle purposes) and you'll see what happens. Even changing the HipN or whatever so that the entire model is larger, that makes everything extremely glitchy.
