Well if you're taking the honest anime approach, then I completely understand your argument. However, I have never seen the anime and... really don't want to tbh. I've never seen the Raichu as a heavyweight, due to statistics from the pokemon games in comparison to pikachu. He's faster and stronger, and I also recall that brawl cuts a lot of things out in terms of consistency. (Like Ike being slow, he isn't remotely slow AT ALL in Fire Emblem games) My visual of what it was to be, based on the pokemon games, was that pikachu would host the more physical attacking because he already does in game, and that the Raichu would be more agile and elegant (somewhat like a kangaroo based on the feet thing) with faster attacks, somewhat less damage overall, but more perks like sweetspots and power increases. This said, it doesn't mean I'm not going to take what you said into consideration. I'll look over your moveset again every once in a while and probably make changes to my own based off of it. I appreciate it ^^ You really should watch the episode when Ash's Pikachu fights Lt. Surge's Raichu. But it has to be the whole episode, the way things happen make the fight be epic.

I think his side smash or side B should be the REAL bolt tackle(IE the one from the show)rather than his crappy final smash which also needs to be redone >->

Ok, edited last post Well if you're taking the honest anime approach, then I completely understand your argument. However, I have never seen the anime and... really don't want to tbh. I've never seen the Raichu as a heavyweight, due to statistics from the pokemon games in comparison to pikachu. He's faster and stronger, and I also recall that brawl cuts a lot of things out in terms of consistency. This said, it doesn't mean I'm not going to take what you said into consideration. I'll look over your moveset again every once in a while and probably make changes to my own based off of it. I appreciate it Weird thing I found about the motion.pac. It's the model that causes the run glitch and the misplaced hitboxes. I tried an alternate texture that wasn't changed and this was what my face looked like: 0_0 DDD FLOATED and was bigger than before when he was just standing still and he performed Ike's melee moves with no run in place or bad hitboxes. He was faster too. The B attacks still had their old effect though. X_X
I'm a little confused by this because the download is over Olimar and not DDD x3 And... Yea I'm confused by this hah. I meant the DDD one. Can't test the new one since my SD card reader disappeared. Basically the scale model of DDD in his idle stance was 1.5x bigger than normal, walked, taunted and attacked like Ike, the B moves acted the same except the neutral B acted like the normal attack without getting sucked in and the animation was Ike's B move.

Any good SFX guys out there? Maybe we can get some headway on seeing if this Raichu can make some noise =D If you want someone to do the SFX, I'd say try asking this person. He did a fairly great job with Raichu's voice in this video.

still looking for a wait? if the tail has 3 bones I could get the Poké-stadium look no prob. if it has 2 bones, then I could prob wing it but won't look as good.

nah, all three waits are done. besides, the tail has 8 bones so you couldn't import it anyway.
the wait1 animation is a bit drastic though. meaning the tail moves too much so people might see it jump around when they change animations.
Not a huge deal, just being picky

wow 8? that's honestly sexy for a tail. but yeah I could see the tail snap around with certian animations, if done right though you could flow it into the others.
