Not sure about the B moves since he's part of  a series I don't know [censored] about XD but I have some suggestions for A moves.

Up A:  A swift  stab upward before swinging down. The up part would pull them into it and the down swing would spike, setting up for the next move.
Down A: A simple sweep of his sword in a u shape from side to side, nothing special

Hello. If you've seen my thread, you know I'm working on a Hollow Ichigo moveset. Only problem is, I'm not even halfway done and I've run out of ideas. So, if you would be so kind as to supply me with some, that would be great.

What's not done:

Up Smash:
Up A:
Down A:
Down Air:
Up Air:
B Air:
Up B:

I love filling in this stuff! XD
Up Smash: Raises his sword and has a dark Graphic that deals dark damage and the knockback shoots them down (like Roy's up smash in melee)

Up A: Have him spin the sword like he does in the Anime (kinda like how they did the Cloud PSA)

Down A: Leave (I can see him poking his enemy like that)

Down Air: Leave, but add fire effect and fire damage (also have him glow red like wario before the fart attack >_>)

Up Air: he slashes his sword upwards (deals dark damage)

B Air: use the red lightning effect as he cuts forward (electrical damage)

Up B: I think this attack fits his character already, but if you want to change it maybe have him raise his sword pointing up (if this is possible) and have him jump

Down Air:insta ground... shunpo that sh*t up.

Up A: Spins his sword above his head.
Down A: Sword stab.

Up Smash: Swings his sword above his head multiple time.

Up Air: Fires a weak cero above him.
Down Air: Fires a small wave downward.
B Air: Fires a Getsuga tensho at a downward diagonal angle.

Up B: Multi Slash: He moves up at a ninety degree angle. Slashing multiple times and the end of the path ending with one final slash if someone is caught in it. Knocks them backwards.

Gah my stupid intinet is gone again. I had it for one night and its gone again!!! Well i somehow have wifi but no intinet on my comp. That means no download or uploading. So did the video help!? Took me like 20 mins to make and fix up.

yo i think hollow ichigo should have a dark combo AAA.
and for a taunt he should have an a dark aura surround him for the entire match.
his B left should be like air slices that you can see but you dont have to be touched with the sword for it to hit you.
his his down B could be like his sword has that dark purple or white haze over it  if white it freezes enemy but no flying in the air when frozen if  purple flame the person is on purple fire.
his dodge should be like lucarios warp attack like agilitize in the direction you press it or just regular telaport
his final smash should be when ichigo with mask  and hollow ichigo smash the players in the air causing dark burns then fazing in and out slashin the numerous amount of times before ending with them merging together and making full hollow and hitting them wit a heavy dark slash.
