Man! ur fast! Anyway I wanted to give pikachu a vortex type FS Size: half the length of Final destination (this is the actual Vortex) Damage: Probaly about 10% each hit and multi-hitting with darkness effect For the GFX ur gonna have to find a good GFX srry... SFX: Original FS sfx will do.. I also want another Multi-hitting Collision bubble about the size of the whole stage And does enough shield damage to break it. EDIT:Maybe u could use a bigger version of this GFX  |

1.) That's my pic for the idea of the Black Hole FS. 2.) it's an electricity GFX found in the Gokario's neutral special. When he used to have the time stop and if you used it and then used the B attack, you'll see that after the GFX kinda lingers. Just keep using the time stop while the GFX is up. 3.) it's a universal GFX.

I have 1 quick question for Yall!
Is it possible to make a character to overpowered?
Cause my pikachu is so overpowerd That i Beat 3 lvl9 CPUs in a 3VS1 And those cpus were
MAX onslaught falcon, Savage Wolf and onslaught Ganon. It was like beating a lvl1 cpu
I mean I bearly tried and i still won. I didnt die once either. ON TOP OF THAT!
im not done with it yet!!What do yall think? release it now or Continue adding to its destructiveness?

The only time you make something overpowered is when you either max out the attack power, the knock back power(like if you only do 1% yet the unlucky fellow goes out the park like a bullet.), or both, like this one guy's Falcon hack where the B move is instant kill. Even knocks a Smash Ball out of a CPU who got it the way when you fall behind in a match, and I've only seen it happen once o_O. Infinite jumps, max DI control, super fast and powerful item throws, healing taunts, and summoning items(etc.) add on to the overkill too X_X |

Hmm the thing is My psa Only has about..id say 2 to 3 one hit KO moves. Yet it is Still deadly.....This is the most overpowerd Pikachu PSA ive ever seen and the best part is that its mine |
