If I recall, packs are allowed, but only if all the contents are made by the uploader him/herself. And if they used anything form another user in their work, they must have a .txt file in their download with a list of all the users the uploader used things from. And in this case, I downloaded this submission, and looked at the files. They are all edits of already existing PSAs on the Vault. There is a .txt file, but there is no list of users on it. This is what the .txt file says: I say that this should be removed from the Vault and have this user watched. And just a tip, this user (narutofan1) is an alt of RasenganKameha. |

Just read the BV rules when in doubt: Condition #1 is a bit iffy, and condition #2 hasn't been satisfied at all. Usually, I would suggest either reporting, or deleting. But considering the user, I think the latter may be more effective. |

Uploading Methods- Any link that requires a user to do anything other than click "download" is not allowed. Sites with timers (e.g. RapidShare) are fine; sites with ads or passwords are not.
Adf.ly is exactly the kind of thing that fits in the "with ads" category, since you need to be waiting to view an ad, then skipping it before accessing the DL link. |
