hmm wouldnt second curse mark be better?

Typically it would, but Itachi rid Sasuke from the curse mark.
It would most likely be easier to make a Mangekyo Sharingan mode as well, meaning we will near a full Sasuke sooner than we would have substituting CS2 rather than Mangekyo.

we're definitely going for Mangekyo, curse seal stuff would look dumb with out being able to swap texture in game, which isn't possible.
