i love you pervy you got the time skip model!!!  do we have one for sanji by chance? there are three types of haki 1-he is able to detect an attack and evade it-this could be like a counter but without the attacking back part if you want to use this one or maybe unique dodges 2-armament:where he hardens a certain area of his body to attack with..im not sure how this could be represented maybe it would be on his smash attacks when he uses this the body part in use turns black ]htt 3-the last one is what iwvi suggested

Taken into consideration. So far I've seen all the types of haki, but I've only seen luffy use the Elephant Gun for Armament(I follow the anime) I most likely will not be able to work in the first type, as I'd like to avoid the counter type with luffy. Back to the Elephant Gun, I may use this to replace the giant pistol. I also have a better idea to replace giant axe, which involves something similar to when luffy first used gear second. On the note of gear second me and KTH have worked out a deal regarding luffys model. I'll be supplying the model, and he'll make a brawl styled textures, but on top of that were aiming to make his final smash eye look like his gear second form. And on note of that (Well i just keep jumping now don't I?) I may be able to create separate models for use for use with certain attacks (I.E. Extra fists for Gatling, a separate arm for Elephant Gun, etc) Here's a few things I also plan to work out
1. Moveset revamp: The current one seems a bit dated and in no way holds up it's own in the current world of brawl hacking, nor pushes near the limits. Becuse of this I'm hopeing I can "spice" it up a bit
2. Animation revamp: This'll add some time to any possible release, including a beta, but it'll be well worth it. I have gained some skill since I first started so not only will animations look better, but they'll flow alot more smoothly
3. Hat/head problem: Considering we not have a working Luffy model, with a complete Hat and Head, we can now do extra things with it. For one while it will be placed on his head normally, it'll be on his back like in the preview during gear second. I also plan to use it for a new taunt, so I can replace one of the less worthy ones (I.E. Noise Pick >.>)
I may have missed some things I wanted to get out there but, well yeah. After tomorrow I'll be finished with my business were I'm at and will have four days before I have to hit the road again, meaning full internet for that time In that time I'd like to talk with all of you for ideas, what you like/don't like, how you think certain things should happen, and so on. For now I'm gonna sleep. I'll see you all in one day ^_~
EDIT:do we have one for sanji by chance? Sadly, no

Let me break it down for you.
Animation = Character movements
PSA = What a character does durin ammunition
Alot of information about an animation is needed to make the PSA code for it. That includes frames, which specific frame needs a hurtbox, and which specific frame does what.
Basically neon can not PSA anything that does not have an animation. He's done some work, for older animations we have completed, but going past what's animated is kind of hard

Yes he has. The hair in the model is also black, I can show you the texture If you still wanna see it. Is just cause it has shadows and whiter parts and 3ds max lightning. It looks brighter than black, but it is black

looking at the model, doesn't luffy have black hair? looking also at the model does luffy not look like this:  i have never seen that luffy before only other versions of luffy is that outfit on the image with other colour shirt/pants

that model is the time skip luffy 2 years later from the model you are used to think of it like shippuden naruto looking different from young naruto after the time skip you probably are not that far into the show yet thats all

that is timeskip luffy this one see the video abode  now fuffy wears a cloth with sleeves and such but i agree his hair should be black instead of brown
