Animaine, i think Sasuke is gonna be a fun character.
so now we will have Naruto, Sasuke, and Rock Lee all on brawl.
that's 3 Naruto characters so far.
how come nobody has made Kakashi yet?
do you think a Gaara PSA, 4TH Hokage PSA, Neji PSA, and
Sakura PSA is possible to make for brawl? and that's not a
request, i just wanna know if they are possible to make for
brawl.

True, you didn't do anything wrong, but you've annoyed quite a few people recently so you may want to give it some time for that feeling to go away...
Like that one guy (who's name I can't remember for the life of me) who would advertise his hacks in a bunch of other people's threads... people got annoyed and it took a while for them to stop chastising him in threads for the smallest reasons.
Anyway, yeah, all those things are possible, just to varying degrees.
Brawl hacks has gotten to the point where you can pretty much make any character... there are certain things that are not possible, but for the most part asking "Is it possible to make ___ character psa" the answer will alawys be yes.

The thing that pisses me off about Project: M the most is that Sheik's chain doesn't tether ledges anymore. WHY THE NERF? :/ If only hacking Brawl paid bills.

fully functioning curse mark mode with alternate up B
up b and down b will do what they are supposed to do
chidori sharp spear
down b air will be fixed
final smash
some new up dated attacks

for peoples personal use they can use already made marth .rels cuz i dont approve of people releasing hacks with .rels i always saw it as a BS way to use other peoples work to get downloads

Well glad I already have a R.O.B. .rel for marth then (So long Sephiroth)
But yeah... someone please make a video. D: I have no motivation for hooking up my wii (there is more work involved then there should be) And I have no one to play with which is less motivation for me to hook it up.
Also, Animaine: You said you were gonna add in Chidori true spear... isn't that the tilt/attack in the Ninja Storm games... and one of the animations you asked me to make the other day?
