There are "packed" files everywhere for each character, one per outfit, one for each prop, one for all of the scripts combined, one for the effects, and one for each set of animations. I have to manually unpack and decompress those all into the "proper" setup like the other characters have.

well... CaliKings wants to remake the Ryu PSA with this model... but from what I'm doing atm.. its just a regular import over Falcon... and the PSA is gonna need extra bones added for him to work with and animate.. and he also wants to use 2-3 faces ryu's model has instead of having a rigged face.

There's always workarounds for these things. You've done great stage work, so I'm confident you'll get this model working too.

well i found the issue...

to fix it make sure anything named LSideN or RSideN isnt highlighted. make it 0.

edit:
updated his shoulder rig.. now they bend smoother while rigged to the SideN bones! Also got his hair colored, and his belt icon colored too (was colored already but using SmashU material color on it).. and ignore the left fingers.. that is fixed now.

also... it appears there's an object... that i MIIIIGHT have to re-rig... cause he MAJORLY drops the FPS.. even on a low poly stage, even on a BLACK stage (aka no models at all)
