Velen's critique is quite thorough. I never really noticed those issues with the rig until the pics... but now, what has been seen cannot be unseen.  Honestly, an update is needed for every import that has been submitted to the vault  ... but, there's no need to rush into anything till you feel up to doing it. That critique was more toward the people who decried my earlier critique of Zero a bit ago in the thread than toward Beyond himself. It was to show and prove to them that bone translations in Brawlbox wouldn't fix what I was talking about, even SDo0M did, who is familiar with animation, like I am myself, and it felt like a slap to the face. *Sees title.* Beyond...I never said anything about having to take care of Zero immediately, for pete's sake. Focus on the other ones you have your plate. Zero is just a complete, yet unrefined rig and he isn't going anywhere. Do Zero after Mega Man and Cloud, it's better that way so you aren't pressured by the other two while reworking Zero's rig. . . . Besides, it's not like Zero is going to go and die on us in the next while.  . . . -and to add a lighter note. Based off his X6 pose. Wow. I speak up again and end up killing the entire thread. Guess it's to be expected. |

Yeah, I'm agreeing with Velen. He needs fixing, but for now he can satisfy everyone as he is. Because as shown by everyone else, if it wasn't for Velen's post of the images no one would've noticed. So he's technically not a top priority right now, only when SDo0m gets some free time to animate I guess he becomes important.

I love the pose you made, looks legit. Never notice any of those issues except for the thigh. Only real issue I had with Zero is the sword. Seems more like a brush then a sword.

I'm actually considering putting Cloud and Megaman on hold in favor of characters that haven't been hacked in Brawl at all yet.
To be honest, I was working on Cloud and all that was going through my head was "Haven't you done this before?" And I was getting really bored.
Think I should focus on a character I really want to make for motivations sake. |

To be honest, I was working on Cloud and all that was going through my head was "Haven't you done this before?" And I was getting really bored.
Think I should focus on a character I really want to make for motivations sake.
Well I know you don't really do suggestions but maybe you should try importing a character you know was impossible to make Maybe someone like Kratos? Rocket raccoon is another one that you could prblly import as I know UMvC3 can have it's models ripped. Anyway these are just some ideas. Hope you get your motivation back Beyond! |

I think you should do someone like a no more heroes or devil may cry character that you havent done yet. Trish, Lady, Nero, Shinobu, Holly Summers, Sylvia. Its your choice though man, whatever you make will be epic. |
