it works for pal it only has two glitches when you hit AAA he goes into t stance easy to fix by psa since ganon only has one attack its easy to redirect all AAA to the single A and one im not to sure about its up B doest gain altitude it just goes sideways not to sure about this need to look into it probably some ganon to marth ic constants but its better to fix by psa than by ic constants Carnage has to make some pal codes.
make sure to download the pal ic constants code dont read the ones thats posted because most codes are wrong i fixed them one by one but EY didnt update the pal ic constants that are posted he just updated the download link for the text file |

You can make Lucario get his voice by just playing along with the original Lucario, both in-game (Mewtwo works with it too)  but yeah while using only lucario with another character he always lost his voice, some codes for it would be useful. |

..... I don't recommend to port my Mewtwo over anyone yet, because the public hack is mostly broken and still needs a lot of tweaking.
start the port WHEN I finish him would be a good idea...
