those wings arent rigged to falco at all lol those are yoshi FS wings which are an animated gfx which loops all the time nothing more

The neck I can fix no problem, the shoulder is FUBAR, hence why I might need help. Any suggestions for the shoulder? I don't know if I should release it in this state.
