Great to see you getting back into stage again! There is a serious lack of good stages on the vault anymore. That was my favorite stage, good to see it get a revamp.

Here is another preview of Alien Over Yoshi http://d.gethopper.com/UrfBcceEuoek0kTW5xPcEGKothd2/preview2_xvid.mp4i edited the hands and rigged the fingers and i fixed the ground translations 1 slot so whats left to do: -touch ups on the rig -replace yoshi egg with alien egg -replace yoshi egg with facehugger

I think the grayscale one looks cool. Like it's drawn or something.
The color one throws me off though. Looks funny to me.

That's exact'y what I did. I got a piece of paper, drew the parts of the texture with a pen, and scanned then onto my computer

Yeah, there is that. Stay away from TurboSmooth, though. It leaves gaps in the models and can sometimes screw up the texture.

Yeah, there is that.
Stay away from TurboSmooth, though. It leaves gaps in the models and can sometimes screw up the texture.
Vertex weld or Normal Smooth fixes the problem. Turbo and Mesh Smooth adds vertices/polys to the nodel and like you said.

I tried vertex weld once. It didn't work out so well. D: Maybe Normal Smooth is best?
