    That's not it. It has to be ported over luigi before we start the psa.
    I know more about psa than I know about animation. But if you'd like to help that would be awesome. Such as FS, projectiles, Specials (B button moves, you know what I mean) can you do any of those?

    That's a given.
    It just doesn't seem as if anybody's interested.
    Probably because of the overload of sonic characters already in the vault.
    And the fact that Knuckles, Tails, and Silvers Psa all suck, no matter what anybody says about them; they all still need some serious revamping.

    Yeah, that overload of Sonic charas is partly my fault, lol.

    Anyway, if you want more interest, might I suggest changing the thread title? I was the one who did that model for LeonEx, and it's taken me this long to find the thread because I auto-assumed Chaos == Shadow and avoided it because, like most of the people here, I'm tired of Shadow and all his PSAs. Differentiate yourself. At least make it Chaos 0 so all the Shadow haters will know you aren't doing another Shadow PSA.

    Spiffen things up. Add moveset ideas and pictures to the OP. Stuff like that.

    I use something called Debut recorder. http://www.nchsoftware.com/software/video.html

    It's free, and it works well as long as you have a good computer (like any other video recorder.) I don't know if it can record to gif though, and I can't check right now. You can always just create a private video on Youtube with it or something.

    Also, having ideas for a moveset would always be good going in. With the new tutorial on how to add extra EGFX, many many more possibilities open up. (You can make an EGFX for that puddle you were talking about earlier. I can make and rig the model of a puddle for you if you need it. I can also set up the materials to the same as Chaos if you want, too.)

    Nextly I compiled a small list of attack ideas (unfinished)
    Here it is.
    Chaos 0

    Stats

    Character Over - Luigi
    Size - 5/10 Roughly the same height as lucario.
    Walking speed 3/10 Pretty darn slow.
    Running speed - 4/10 (The mechanics of his run are a bit different seeing as he'll be a puddle on the ground, so although he's not running much faster than he walks, he makes a difficult target.
    Air speed - 4/10 still pretty darn slow, but faster than his walk
    Combo Speed - 4/10 Slow, stretchy, cool looking :megusta:
    Priority - 10/10 Should have some sweet freaking range.
    Jump Height - 6/10
    Power - 7/10 Nice power. Smashes defiantly pack a punch
    Weight - 106(Heavy weight) Due to his weight, he should have a fairly high fall speed.


    AAA Combo
    A1 - arm stretches out a bit; but not quite as much as his grab or >Smash. He then smacks it into the ground and pulls it back, though the pull back does no damage 4-6 damage
    A2 - The other arm does basically the same thing, during the retraction of the other arm 5-6 damage
    A3 - He does the same thing again, you get the idea. Only this one has a slight bit more knockback, and is a bit quicker. 5-8 damage
    Possible damage 14-20


    SPECIALS
    ^B = Similar to olimars, (able to grab ledges) except at a 90 degree angle; and with his stretchy arm (not plural, he uses one) rather then pikmin. (in the air, If it hits an opponent it does 5-7 damage, he pulls himself above them and does an immediate head jump. Making contact with the opponent re-enables the use of ^B) (On the ground it pulls the opponent down doing 2-4 damage and a short stun)
    Note that using the ^B in the air, should not disable any attacks in the air.
    It should also push him up an extremely short distance and not begin falling until the arm begins to retract.
    (Not sure if this is possible, though I will attempt it)

    SMASHES
    >Smash = Slow startup, but arm stretches a long distance. Near 14 damage (mid knockback for smash)

    vSmash = Smashes both hands into the ground creating small waterspouts on each side. Near 12 damage (mid knockback for smash)

    ^Smash = Smash hand into the ground creating a taller water spout directly in front of. Near 16 damage (mid/high knockback for smash)

    I'm pretty sure the only thing that holds you back is PSA size. I've seen examples of Luigi with at least 3 extra EGFX, and the new Bomberman PSA over Luigi uses 3 as well.

    I'll get a completed MDL0 of the puddle to you later. It shouldn't take that long.

    Also, that >Smash looks fun. Has anybody called that >Smash? 'Cos I wanna animate that >Smash. Can I animate that >Smash?
