How do I port characters.rel ??

Hello, I have questions.  I downloaded tifa psa over pit.

I was wondering if I can port pit to any characters that r available then i can put tifa psa to whoever im porting. to.  If so how do i do that, r there any tutorials for this method?

Only characters to be port-ale by RELs at this moment are Ike/Marth/Jigglypuff.

The other way around. You can port PSAs of Marth/Ike/Jiggly over others.
