For down B i think it would be cool if he turned into a puddle but hes an electric puddle like as in sonic X and ppl slip and gain small damage

as special or u can find a way to make it a balanced B attack maybe? lol ill look for more stuffz
Also, if his running animation is him in puddle he shuldnt be un hitable, mabey a puddel with a head sticking out cuz not one character in ssbb has a move that allows u to not get hit, even kirbys B down is grabable so try to make him balanced plz

Hm... For his side-b, maybe he can make the special attack of Ruby from Rampage 2: Universal Tour (N64). I couldn't find a preview or video, but if you can try the game....
Well, anyway, the attack of Ruby consists in having her rolling or rotating in her own axis (like Metaknight with his neutral-b) while she has her arms and tongs extended and you have to control where she goes with the attack (She can only go to the right or left).

but those are my opinions Its up to leon to make an awesome psa, but like i said before i hope he is always hitable at some point because not one character in the game has a move that allows u to be unhitable, except for shield, because everyone can do that. lol :p OH lol, like how yoshi has an egg shield u shuld give him a water ball shield
