Hi guys, I've been working on a stage. I've been wanting some feedback on it, but the place I've posted it to has pretty much shut down, so I'm trying my luck here.

I have not uploaded it to BrawlVault yet, I intend not to until I think it's finished. Please do not upload it yourself.

It's obviously not done - mainly missing aesthetic extras - but I think it's done enough to ask you for feedback. Shout-out to Mewtwo2000, who did the lights and shadows on the main stage, as well as fixing the camera angle.
Also, if you're somewhat strict on keeping your game tidy, here's some images you can put in there, though they're fit to Project M's design currently:

    this is really great

only tiny thing is camera angle. if no one is on the platforms and they are all on teh main stage, the floating platforms look like lines. maybe move the camera to an angle up a bit? not really much but it annoys me a tad

still, i love this. and for a newbie kitten. This is great. I cant wait to see your future hacks!

Nope. Custom model (made in sketchup) over a retextured SSE backdrop. No importing involved Smiley

The stage looks pretty nice, I might add it to my Brawl. Smiley

Are you planning to add some enemies like Podoboo to the stage? Podoboos are those fire thingies which are shooting up and down out of the lava.

Here's the model if you need it:

A couple of Podoboo jumping up and down is at the top of my idea list. I also think they're fairly easy to do compared to other ideas I have (such as a bunch of Swooper flying in).

But before I'm able to put them in, I need to learn how to animate in Brawlbox. This is my first at a stage ever, so I'm pretty much learning as I go.

    EDIT:

The Podoboo model from models-resource is quite different from the image you posted unfortunately (I really like the version in that image), but I managed to get the model I got working properly in Brawl and animated four.

Sorry, I didn't compared the model with the one on the image, but the one you used still looks pretty good.
Do the Podoboos turn around when they fall back into the lava? I somehow had it in mind that they are upside down when they fall, or did you leave it out right now? Cheesy

I always figured they don't turn around, so I left it out on purpose.

Just saw a couple of videos that shows them actually turning around. Oh well, shouldn't be too hard to fix, I guess.

I love this stage a lot! I also did noticed that one of your Super Mario World images is messed up. Could you reupload it for us?
