i have been using Pre made sets like Project M and Brawl Minus to hack.
i wanted to use the  Replacement Sound Bank Engine , so i headed over to resuorces and found that the code manager was invalid or deleted. i also needed a Bin2Png right now, same story.
i was wondering where the went, and if any one could provide a download for me.

And if anyone can share there Project M Wifi Safe .gtc that has the Replacement Sound Bank Engine that would be much appreciated.
