wii Scrubber problem (help)

Hi im try to add my  modified common5_en.pac to my iso with wii Scrubber and send me this message:unable to find free space to add the file ok.... later i regerated the partition(on wiiscrubber) with my modified file  and sed me this message: not free space to add the file

WHAT CAN DO TO ADD THE FILE??

Better check that file size on your common5.pac.

the sise is the same  but i changed two images (with the same dimensions and format of the originals)  and  Scrubber and send me the message every time to replace the file
