LuffyOver: MarthGifsMoveset: STATS (Subject to change) Character Over - Marth Size - 7/10 About the same size as marth, maybe a bit shorter Running Speed - 6/10 Mid pace runner Air Speed - 5/10 Decent air speed Combo Speed - 6/10 Combos can launch from one to the other as long as you get the hit in, missing can result in a chance to be hit Priority - 7/10 Good power and speed make Luffy a decent choice, but his wind up's in attacks make them a bit more about aiming then straight attacking Jump Height - 7/10 Pretty good jump height, makes up for the harder to use Up B Power - 6/10 Packs a decent Punch Weight - 4/10 Light weight. He is rubber mind you.

Air B: Up B Storm B: Pistol Side B: Scythe (Grabs the enemy and pull himself towards them then lets go and stretch out his arms and slams them into the enemy) Down B: Balloon Using balloon (Down B) in the air will allow you to slowly descend, but once its over you'll be in a helpless fall. So be careful When using storm (Air Up B) you can go straight up, or diagonal(Though that's still more up than sideways). But it has a start up animation before any real moment occurs, so you'll still be falling during that time. Using this will also put you into a helpless fall once it's done. so do be careful with it
Final Smash: Gear Third
Taunts: Up: Side: Hat Switch Down: Gear Second at 150% Down: Before 150%
Gear Second: Attacks become stronger and faster. Knocks up 5% damage every second. Will last about 25 seconds. Requires 150% damage to activate Final Smash: Using the final smash in this state ranks up your damage by 50% as well as cancel Gear Second
Pacman riding MokujinOver: Gannondorf Size - 8/10 Tall. The Mokujin is roughly the same height as Ike, but with pacman on top he's a slight bit taller. Running Speed - 4/10 Clunky wooden legs mean hes quite slow. And his walking speed is even slower. Air Speed - 4/10 Decent air speed, but he'll fall really fast, along with not being able to move to far left or right. Careful around edges ^_~ Combo Speed - 4/10 Certain attacks combo well, while others just leave him widely open. Careful for those B attacks ^_~ Priority - 7/10 Jump Height - 6/10 Pretty decent jumps, bit slow jumping time Power - 8/10 WOODEN MECH POWER! Weight - 180 (Heavyweight)
Do to the craziness of pacman and the fact that I'm making this [censored] up as I go, I can't really post the moveset, but I will post progress and the moveset I create it: B Attacks: NB: Pulls back, spins head at high speeds and launches his self forward, hits the grround and bounces back. Due to the fact pacman leaves his mech, hitting him will cause damage but not stop the attack
Smash: F-smash: Sonic's, that's all I can really describe it with
Final Smash: Three hit combo with eye lasers: Basically a special from SFxT. A start up pose, if someones in reach he will start, if not your wasted your FSmash.Then theres a 3-hit combo, smacks down, pulls back and smack down again, then smacks upward. Pulls some levers hits some buttons and BAM! [censored]IN EYE LASERS FROM THE MOKUJIN!

Up B: Shoots upwards, explodes and sends fire flying around. Neutral B: Fire Star(No Charge), Tabasco Star(Half Charge) Fire Bird Star(Sogeking) Side B: Hammer(No Charge), 5Ton Hammer(Half Charge), 10Ton Hammer(Sogeking) Down B: Impact Dial(absorbs damage, and can be saved for a later attack. Deals back half of whatever is dished out)
Air Up B: Cartoonish Flying Neural B: Air Side B: Air Down B: Impact Dial, Launches a strong blast Downwards, the knockback sends you up higher, but gives damage back as well and putting you into a helpless fall. Careful with this one
Up Smash: Side Smash: Oil Star (Throws oil on the ground, and lights it aflame) Side Smash Full Charge: Breath Dial (Throws a breath Dial on the ground and catches the gas aflame. Covers a larger area as well as knocking enemies out if they get in the gas) Down Smash: Spike things
