    Real happy with how the Galick Gun came out.  As you can see in the vid, I tweaked the fingers a bit so that the position wasn't as weird.  But apart from that, I think a lot of these came out really well.

    Indeed.  I felt it would blend better with how the Brawl characters launch big powerful attacks and it would overall make the attack look more powerful and dynamic.  Mario's FS is the perfect example of what I went by.  After shoving his hands quickly forward to blast out the flame pillar, he gets pushed back quite a bit.

    Although, I have to ask for my sake in my animation career, how did you pull off the smash charging motion, where they shake until release? And also grabs, do you have any advice on how to deal with the throwN bone, in which the grabbie gets drag?

    almost done just have to test it ingame

    also i dont got so many bones and that stuff to do so the scouter can be 100% crushed but the 2nd. image is the best i can do

    edit:

    it working as i wanted
    the size of the scouter maybe needs to be alittle smaller but if i resize back to 1 in scale X/Y/Z it will be really small

    1)  Charging animations are tedious mainly.  The absolute simplest way would be to make them go back and fourth about -0.5 on the Z axis every two frames using the XRotN or YRotN.  Then, to make it look a bit better, let them transition into a slightly more exaggerated pose by the time they reach the final frame.

    2)  Just make sure you keep the ThrowN bone near where you want the opponent to be.  Keep translating and rotating it at different keyframes so they are where you want them to be.
