ORAS and X/Y use a different shading engine from Brawl, most you're probably going to get, I'd imagine, is flat textures with no definition.
If you just use the albedo it will, bake shadows on it from Blender or 3DSMax or bake the normal map on the texture

The Normal Maps for the X & Y models are used for a completely different purpose than the ones for Smash Wii U. The purpose of the Normal maps in X & Y are assisting with the 3D effect on the 3DS. That's it.

Should've used a different color for the background, and that method is still relevant, the only other "method" is instead of flipping the normals, you just change the cull setting in BrawlBox from "cull_inside" to "cull_outside" lol

I make YouTube videos, SM64 hacks, Brawl Hacks (obviously), NSMBW hacks, and GoldenEye 007 Mods. I also have a short attention span and tend to switch around a lot and put things on hold. But when I do finish things, 95% of the time I gave 120% effort, the other 5% of the time I give 100% effort.

Thanks. Yes and no. He is nearly completed with the exception of reflection for his shoes. Currently I'm trying different methods to avoid the texture on it being still and unresponsive to the rotation of the camera.

So the only problem is his shoes? His shoes are shiny or whatever like sonics?
