The paper shader isn't really important at all. It's just a little something I came up with to go with the flatness effect, and admittedly I'm not even sure how the shader would be put together. In fact, I probably didn't even design it right for what my idea was.
Ah, okay then. Well, the Brawl-esque textures seem to go fine with the 2-D effect anyway, so I guess I'll just ignore the flat ones, then.

A lot fo the paper imports's outline look funny at times, which I know how they're made. I would love to figure out how G&W's outline works because it isn't done the same as most people make their outlines, and his look better to me in my oppion.

I make YouTube videos, SM64 hacks, Brawl Hacks (obviously), NSMBW hacks, and GoldenEye 007 Mods. I also have a short attention span and tend to switch around a lot and put things on hold. But when I do finish things, 95% of the time I gave 120% effort, the other 5% of the time I give 100% effort.

Being solid-colored means Mr. Game & Watch can get away with visual tricks that regularly-textured models can't. This means things like always having the outline render behind the main body. The outline is otherwise done the same way as the usual method, except they were able to make it thicker than usual due to said trick. Try opening up his model and see for yourself.

He also seems to have two outlines instead of one for every object in his body. There's a difference in how their materials work, and I think one of them is for the 2-D flattening effect, since the material has "ZOff" in the name. They also use Light Set -1 instead of 20...not sure of the significance, but I'll be testing this out. ...Probably not on Vivian, but I do have another character I'm importing that has an outline, so I will be experimenting with this. [EDIT] ...Aaaaand, finished setting up every version of all of Viv's recolors. Now I just need to test them...all. Gonna hold off until tomorrow for that. *runs off to school* [EDIT2] "GUUUUUHH! Guh-huh!" ...Marylin says our recolors are uploaded: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=31596"Guh-huh-huh!" ...And that they include CSPs. Huzzah! Off to work on my own models now. *jumps out window*

Woo! Nicely done. Of your recolors, I'd have to say the dark one is my favorite. By the way, anyone want to record a video of the recolored Vivians in action? (Bonus points if it's Mario vs. the three sisters.)

Peardian, what other Mario RPG character models do you plan on doing in the near future?

What would be the fun in spoiling it? However, I can show the one that I already posted in the WIP topic some weeks ago.

There are some pretty creative people here. I'm sure someone could think of some use for him. After all, someone suggested putting Bowyer over Yoshi, a thought that hadn't occurred to me in the slightest.

I would probably attempt rigging these guys over characters and making a PSA for them if the transition wasn't smooth, but the fact that it's been several years since I've played a borrowed copy of Super Mario RPG hasn't left me with the inspiration to do so.
Though Maybe someday I'll put the Axems over Ice Climbers for kicks. Unless someone else does it first.

I second this. Smithy, while a kinda bland villain, would make an excellent Dedede hack.
Mack... Well, outside of maybe a stage background element (or if someone would bother figuring out how SSE bosses are coded, and can recode it). I highly doubt he could be made into anything usable in Brawl.

Assistant Trophy? Or are those PSAs not custable yet?

Nope. Not at all as of yet.
It's kinda funny... After all this time. You'd think Assist Trophies, and SSE related stuff could be hacked by now. Though I guess it's because not many people care for items. At least not big name hackers. And most people don't seem to care for SSE... Even though I think new stages would give me a reason to play it again.

Even though the hack for it is it not finished yet, I decided to put up an entry in the first post for my first complete stage, Bowser's Keep. The model is finished, but the person making it into a full-fledged stage (DSX8) is going to be taking a lengthy break. This is where I need your help. Since it could be a very long time before he returns, he is willing to let someone else take over from where he left off. With it up in the air like this, there's a chance it could never be finished unless someone steps in to finish it. All of the pieces are ready, they just need to be put together. Read more info here.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
