I'm not competing. Storm Master Sareena was a custom character made by KingJigglypuff from his own ideas. Sailor Moon's attacks are based off of her show.
I also prefer more balanced characters, so I've balanced her a little better than Sareena.
KingJigglypuff himself gave me help with some of these moves.
However, I am hoping that Hollow will still take me up on his offer to do the final smash, so that will definitely be broken =D

Oh I've seen his videos. They are extremely amazing. I would love a final smash from him, but I'm pretty sure he's too busy.

Well, I had the idea forever ago, but I never was good PSA. I then went to the help thread to try to get some help with this, and had a team for a little bit, but Hollow was too busy and I couldn't get the B moves done correctly. I tried working on my own and fell in love with what I've done so I continued and here it is! I'll be putting up a download probably by the end of this weekend. It might have a flaw in the final smash, though.
Well if you release it now BBB could help fix it. OR someone else who can help put SM's move for the FS in the PSA. Also others could help edit the PSA to fit SM more so it goes in your favor.

Awesome! My updated version will have an improved moveset AND texture! Like it's a whole new character!
BTW: krwk85 keeps messaging me asking for credit on the texture, but I keep saying you created it yourself. He still says they look similar so he should be credited. You didn't use anything from his texture and I should credit you, correct? (I know you did make it yourself, I'm just wanting to make sure)
its all cool. all i have to ask is that you "tone" her down a bit. her side B is reather usefull yes, but easily racks up on damage, i live the down b move, its perfect. up b, my only complains is that the wings stay in that position, maybe you should consult bigbadbooya for help on this, it'll look better if they flap. very fun to play, just needs some work is all.

Ha, I got a request wanting the down b to be sped up. I probably will do this, seeing as it's mostly useless.
Yes, the Side B is amazing at racking up damage, but it's her first move she's ever had in the anime, and I can't do anything to tone it down except give it 1% damage, which is too weak for a B attack. I might find a way to lag out the hitboxes.
The wings can either be animated or not be. I chose not to be animated because I'd rather have her not flap the wings on the Up B and use them as a glide for falling instead of having them flap randomly during her final smash.
You should actually credit him for the texture, because many of its elements are extremely similar.
I actually made it from with many things from his original texture.
So give him credit, he deserves it for his hard work!

The current version I'm working on has a new up tilt, a new down tilt, the side B has less often occuring hitboxes, and the down b is twice as fast. Any more suggestions? Anyone willing to make a video/texture and vertex staff for the final smash? Anyone able to help me remove the annoying border and music on the final smash?

It seems like the Forward B move should pull opponents back toward her on the return hitbox. It could be used for combos. But thats just me.

Forgive both the double post and the unnecessary bump, but I've been inspired by CoN Naruto. I really loved his ability to taunt and gain a new moveset once a certain damage has been reached.
So, in my spare time, I've created the same thing for Sailor Moon (although you don't taunt).
Once she reaches 80% damage, she automatically gains a new moveset containing this:
-A whole new neutral B where she gains her wings and sucks people closer to her. Those close to her get pushed behind her.
-The down air sends her downward like ZSS's.
-She gets a new side smash of her rolling into opponents, then pushing against them. This move can give 23%-32%. Due to this, if the move is performed uncharged, she gains 5% herself . If charged, she gains 10%.
-Final smash skips the waving of the wand and goes right to the hitboxes, but at a price of her gaining 50%.
She also gains some help from the Sailor Scouts.
-New Side Tilt: Jupiter Thunder - Sailor Jupiter gives Sailor Moon some guidance. Sailor Moon focuses and generates the traditional green thunder. It first makes a 4 shape around Sailor Moon (the symbol of Jupiter) and then shoots a little forward. This has looping hitboxes and is very useful in combat if you don't consider the beginning 1/3 hitboxes are behind her and normally don't hit opponents.
-New Up Tilt: Mars Fire - Sailor Mars also helps Sailor Moon. With this move, Sailor Moon points upwards and sends a ball of fire straight above her. This has looping hitboxes as well but is very small and only works if the opponent is right above you. This tends to be great at getting the Smash Ball.
-New Down Tilt: Mercury Freezing Bubbles - Sailor Mercury helps with this unique move. Sailor Moon throws bubbles at the ground. You can see them float up from the ground and pop. However, if someone gets in the way of Sailor Moon throwing the bubbles, they get frozen and sent straight upward. This move tends to hit opponents behind her more often than opponents above her, so this is a trick for sneaking opponents.

I've decided to make this thread all of my PSAs.
My next major project will be a revamp of my old PSA, LOLimar.
LMAOlimar will be his name (thanks NotAFrog) and he will basically have no killing potential. Or damage giving potential. Or life potential.
He will be another sandbag, but the computer will make him look extremely stupid.

This one is super weak.
No attacks give damage, he can't grab, I can't even test his final smash because he can't do anything, if he picks up an item he immediately drops it, he can't jump, and all his B attacks cause him to freeze in place either temporarily or until someone hits him. His aerial B attacks all send him directly to freefall. He's impossible to get hurt by.
Except the banana peel he gets in his entry.
So maybe I should call him ROFLOLMAOlimar. :af:

That's LOLimar. He has moves that still give damage, but he lacks Pikmin and his final smash occasionally causes him to stay in his rocket in one place forever.
With ROFLOLMAOlimar (yes, I'm using that one for sure now), he's the worst PSA possible that does not give damage to itself.

Nicole/Ice Shadow will be my next PSA. There isn't too much many people aside from me know about her, but she controls the element of ice, darkness, and has telekinesis. Her moveset ideas are in the OP. Have ideas? Please post them!

I was planning on keeping Zelda's final smash, except maybe with ice effects, but I could also make a weaker one as side B.

Megaman's Neutral B is mostly complete, testing is necessary.
His Side B was planned to be 3 shooting attacks (Fire, Thunder, Ice), but due to the lack of knowing his Throw Bone, I can't successfully perform the Throw technique, and I can't think of any other way to fake a projectile. I've tried RHaveN bone, but that moves along with the hand.
This move might need changed. If anyone knows Ness's Throw Bone, I would love that. (It's NOT on the Smashboards thread)

I found a glitch with the up-b when used on the ground. It' puts you in the ground about halfway.

Yeah. I knew about that. I can't really do anything about that. I didn't see a use for performing Up B on the ground, anyway.

Not exactly sure if this is fixable, but if you double-jump then press B, you'll continually float into the air. And great PSA by the way.
Also, down-b is infinitely spamtastic.
hey i found a glitch im not exactly sure if this is every stage but if u know the : Kyuubi's Chamber
when you jump above the stage camera (The black area) and hit neutral B you will keep going up infinitly (Maybe a possible game crash) until you do Up B and freefall.
Its not really that bad but it can get annoying.

yes im pretty sure this is the problem i have..i dont think the camera is involved in this its possibly the double jump
@Neutral B glitches - Perhaps I can add a Momentum set to keep him still.
@Down B Glitch - Nothing I can do. This PSA was partial request and that move was requested as well. It is possible to miss the spring and go to freefall, but the only thing I could do to minorly fix his air ability is remove his double jump. This would also remove the neutral B glitch as well.
I would fix these ASAP, but I've had stomach flu and have been sick from school for 3 days now, and will DESPERATELY need to catch up.

Due to the vertex.
You know you can use priiloader to bypass the update prompts and even if an update is indeed "necessary" to play a game you just need to install the right IOS right?

Uh... x.x no. I'm still a noob at stuff like that, so I wouldn't even want to try.
It doesn't matter, my SD Card's still broke and my custom CSS and SSS are gone, as well as some few custom PSAs I started and saved to it but never finished.
I'll never get it the way it was.
If you ever get another SD card, there is a way to load brawl hacks without using homebrew, that's how I do it.
Well that's a shame....sorry just wanted to try and help a fellow hacker....if you ever think you might want to look into the matter though I could try to dig up something or at least show you my hacking site <_<

I know this is MAJOR necroposting, but I had to tell everybody I'm back and can continue PSA work.

I know I'm bumping this topic that's probably a year or more old, but I don't even care. I want to point out that I have not edited one thing, I just came back to see how these hacks were doing. I look through my Sailor Moon moveset to remember what I made, AND THERE'S A CAKE WITH 9-11 ON IT WHERE MY SAILOR MOON PICTURE WAS. WHAT IS THIS.
Also, don't take this as a comeback for me. I'm still done with hacking. I just thought I should point it out. Punish me for whatever wrong I did by bumping, I don't care.
I think the picture hoster has switched links or something. That 9-11 thing has been there for quite some time.
On a side note, you might have to re upload your hacks. The U.S government took Megaupload down.
