i forgot to tell you that i didnt animate the cape because lightning doesn't have one... basically check off polygon 127 and 129 when you view them.
if you want to animate his cape, then just make the regular animation. Then when it looks nice, do the cape animation, should make animating it easier.
Your kinda right about the player only seeing the sword(glow)...but having a bad animation would take away from how good it is...
are there any other animations i should help work on?....i should really finish up sora...but i don't feel like looking for vids for the moves that i don't know....o well ill finish him up soon =p....

Fire (Firaga) doesn't need to be changed. I like the original idea you had - that it's chargeable, and travels along the ground.
How I think it should work is this:
First of all, if an enemy comes into contact, it explodes. that's where the damage is dealt.
Secondly, charging DOES not effect distance - just power.
And how will I see the new animations? Haah.

Okay, I got your message!
In the first wait animation, I love how the arm and back are arched, you got that perfectly. I also like the realism from the "breathing".
But, I also love the footing the the second wait animation.
SO ALL THAT SHOULD CHANGE:
Make the arm in wait 2 as high as in wait 1. Overall, perfect. I'm so excited you're working with us! Anything else you might want to work on, would be her B moves.
I'll look up some videos for you later, promise. Thank you so much!

Yeah. Well, to put it simply I'm not allowed to be where the computer is in the house. My dad got pissed at something and I can't go in that room again. I'm only on because he's not home. So, have I been replaced? I understand. I would replace me, too.

Personally, I'm happy that I finally know where you went, but sad because you can't use the computer...
I've had computer access everyday, but I was totally slacking, so I'm a lot more at fault than you are.
That reminds me... I better start working again...

If anyone (Hollow) knows how to do the up smash (if the strike hits, then you go into an automated jump), then can you please help? I'm having a lot of trouble on this one...
After the strike hits, instead of a jump, Lightning just tries to jump but then lands immediately. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I looked at Zero's down smash code and tried to do something similar, but it's not working.

if hitbox connects change subaction: (um..whatever one the jump squat is, because that will bring you into the jump subaction) end if I'm not sure, but that's the best I can come up with.

I tried that, it doesn't bring you into the jump subaction. He just squats and goes back into Wait1. I also tried going into the JumpF subaction, and he just did the jump animation and didn't leave the ground, even after using 08000100: 0-5 and upward momentum.
I also tried Change Action: A and Change Action: B, and that didn't work.
