Nop people always rip naked outfit, there are tons of them :srs: and none with camos.

Today is your lucky day, looks like i have it, or its a similar one but its the same badass model,... the face has 45,000 vertices!! :srs:
the full high poly body has like 10,000 vertices. and its high poly but really low poly compared to the face. :P
If you want him i can give you the max ;D
