I stopped following this topic back when 65 was released. Reason: it started to get stupid and spammy. You guys really don't understand WHY i'm actually annoyed with this lay out and I don't expect you to ever [censored]ing will. I'm grateful? No cause it's actually quite painful to use this version of BB. Quit licking his boots and actually look. In the photo I posted I loose a ton of Visual field to work with for animations. The translations at the bottom are unneeded as they worked perfectly fine in their small, put away section under the animation list. The Play/frame counts was fine at the bottom of the screen as it was small enough to save screen space. and the Left tab... It feels cluttered to no end. If you still think that I'm a "stupid [censored] and thank BJ" [censored] ya'll.

Have any of you heard of the phrase "don't bite the hand that feeds you"?
Well learn it.
Even though I am not.... happy with the new model preivewer layout and would prefer the option of having the old one in the options menu, I am still thankful for this update and can't wait to see what he makes of .rel files, since like I said, they are the most important files that we have not defined currently.

Thanks guys, I will try that. SRT0 animation works beautifully! I got a custom texture to move from left to right quite nicely in Dolphin, now to test on the Wii. EDIT: The Wii loads it perfectly. You sir, are the god of animation. Lady Ӄatherine ßallarɖ, please leave the thread if you do not have anything constructive to say. You said you'd stopped following it anyway.

You're complaining for no reason. He already said he had to make space for the keyframe viewer which he didn't finish for this update. Stop complaining and get used to it, or go back to .65 and stick to it. It's better that he updated now so that we're used to it by the upcoming updates. I actually got used to this one, I just don't like the wasted space on the bottom panel. If you still think that I'm a "stupid [censored] and thank BJ" [censored] ya'll. Nah, you're no stupid [censored], that's a fact.
Ok cool. I'll take Kit with me. Peace.
I'll save this quote.

Yep SRT0 definitely works. Mmhmm.
Not gonna lie, the animations being on the left and the bones being on the right threw me off at first as I instinctively went to the right to view an animation. XD
But it took me all of two seconds to get used to it. So long as you can tuck everything away to get a little bit of extra space, it's ok in my book.

You're welcome to that as I've already deleted my BB folder. Was a good 20Gb back.

Hmmm... it seems as if BRRES files created with CTools don't show up at all in the model previewer unlike Nintendo BRRES's, although animation on them works absolutely perfectly.

Perhaps CTools doesn't do something correctly ;O just kidding although it's something to consider lol I stopped following this topic back when 65 was released. You're not a stupid [censored] though. Your animations are the best I've seen as well. Instead of complaining like hell and saying the viewer is [censored]ed to hell, maybe you could possibly tell me how I could fix it? I can make it exactly like the original viewer and still keep support for the animation types, but I won't be able to add the keyframe viewer EVER. :/ Blind keyframes forever... ._. oh BJ... y do models converted to a V9 shows up textureless in model viewer in BB66? o-o
no idea.

Pretty far from being the best, actually.

Its good as it is. WHoever's complaining haven't taken even 10 minutes to get used to it. The current layout takes a max of 20 to get used to.

Well, among some of the best. I won't name names but there are lot of very talented animators here. Also, this is the first release of a major revision. The model viewer can only get better from here on with feedback.

is it me or is the model previewer a little faster? I mean i remember when it used to kinda "freeze" when viewing a model.

I gave my feedback. Everything's fine but the lost space on the bottom. Most people that have tried the new BB have possibly gotten used to it at this point. If anything, after you add the keyframe viewer, some might give feedback as to how to place stuff instead of overreacting.

Well I have 1 small request now. Somebody make a dynamic stage with tons of dynamic animations and dynamicness! Make: Shapeshifting hills! (SHP0) Moving platforms! (CHR0) Meteors and moving water! (SRT0) Flashing signs! (PAT0) Buildings that dis/appear for no reason! (VIS0) Something that changes colors for no sudden reason! (CLR0)
