Well, I found a more efficient way to color the image which I plan to use for the rest of the colors too. Here's the latest on Kratos's Red CSP. Tell me what you think. Before After   I think the texture and CSP looks great, and would definitely want to see more  What's this I sense?.. Appreciation for my toils? I think so. Time for another CSP color. |

Firstly, I know Royal mentioned possibly making a green and blue color texture, but since he's not done yet I had to guess on the tints. I can redo them if I find that they don't match very well upon him finishing the textures. As far as the black color texture goes, I'm having difficulty figuring out the correct brightness so that it doesn't drown the contrast, but still looks fairly dark. Here's what I have so far.. (I like this one)    Anyone's input on these is appreciated. |

One thing that I didn't noticed before, and this is a default, a small default, but still a default, try pick the icon made by Renkaken, and compare it with ALL your recolors.
Now, do what I say. Try finding three little circles, there are two on the left, and one on the right. Do you notice the difference between your recolors and Renkaken's icon? Why is there this difference? Is it on purpose or is it a mistake? It's small, I know, but I think it needs to be mentioned.

I noticed this, and it's simply an unavoidable product of hue desaturation.. I could add the brownish/gold color back in manually, but there's a chance it will look.. terrible. Haha, thanks for mentioning it because, even though it's a small difference, it matters when flipping back and forth between the CSP's. |

A question, do you plan, if you know of course to make a BSP of Kratos? I don't know if it is this name, but I mean the square where we select Marth, turning it into Kratos, do you plan to do this? And do you plan to alter the square in battle where we see marth and put Kratos? And finally, do you plan to remove the name Marth to add the name Kratos?

Are you asking me these questions? If so, I wouldn't mind making a BSP. Although I think it should be an actual image of kratos this time, not a screenshot.. But it's up to you guys. What square in battle?.. You can't be talking about stock icons.. As far as changing marth's name to kratos goes, I believe that needs to be done through ocarina codes in the .gpf and loaded along with whatever brawl mod method you are using. But I don't know the specifics of how to do this. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. |

I think that image is the same as the BSP, so they should both change if you were to replace one, but I don't know for sure. I researched the name a little, and it looks simple enough to change; there is actually a characterselect.pac file which contains the names of the characters. All that would be needed is to put Kratos' name over marth's. |

About the names: Yeah this is what I figured out, someone made something very similar with Shadow, and an other with the name Asch, and I suspect some did with Cloud.

OK I think i'm done with it haha. Here is the new sc_selcharacter_en.pac file with Kratos name and image; http://www.mediafire.com/?v9w84fbu7fnej8mI can't test it to see if everything works properly yet, because my wii lens has been giving me the disc read error for weeks, and I can't do anything about it until my new lens arrives. I tried cleaning it and it did nothing, so I plan to replace it Monday. It should just be a matter of replacing the original with this new one. (remember to make a backup just in case) Someone mind testing it for me? Here are the images I made to replace the existing- Default New   Default New   |

No need to be sorry. Thanks in advance for when you test it out later. It's frustrating to me seeing all of these project developments and being unable to try them myself. I hope the lens replacement will fix my Disc Read Error problem.. If not, I'm screwed because I can't send it to nintendo now that it's been taken apart with custom homebrew and everything.  |

Hum, about the victory pauses, I made specific voices. The first can work, the second don't work, and the third work.
I have, you cannot oppose fate in japanese, so the first you suggested can work it is almost the same thing he says. (I remember seeing that what you call exclusive with my EUR tales of symphonia and it is based on that.)
About the up taunt, it is a spell, so it needs to use animations for a spell.
The down taunt you suggested can work.
Use an attack as a taunt and remove the effect? It's really a bad idea. We should find an other taunt, why not use for example the taunt he uses in Tales of Symphonia by pressing Z? It would be much more coherent, unless this taunt is the same as the first which is possible... I will try to verify this, and most important to find a video of reference.
