    In that case Shadow Marth, have fun playing him, and if you desire you can download the voices. But I'm pretty sure most of the voices won't be placed on the right animations yet. Divine Overlord will have to work a bit with them.
    I dont mind the sounds/voices I just care about the acutal PSA

    Sorry for the double post, but there is something that I wonder and that I should have wondered before...

    How is it possible that the wings I sent to you Divine Overlord had a too great size? I tried to put them in a fitMarth.Pac, the one of Kratos exactly, and I didn't went through the limit size of this file... It should be possible to put the wings, but be careful of the format you put the texture, I'm pretty sure this is what happened... If for example you put them as CMPR, it should work.

    Anyway, Divine Overlord, do you want me to try to place Marth on Ike so that we can benefit the clone engine system, and also very important, have the possibility to use some articles?

    (It could mean for example that we would be able to import a shield.)

    ^ it will work as a cmrp type of file yet that is not the correct file type for the wings and when testing it in game, the wings dont look right. It should be C18.

    why do we need marth over ike? XD

    I only suggested Marth over Ike in order to have the shield to be closer of Kratos but after that it is only a minor change.

    Oh? And there is an other format that is between the format of the wing and the format cmpr, in term of size, did you tried it too? How does it work in game? Even after a recoloration it is that bad?

    Ps: I uploaded all what is needed for english brsar users to play with japanese voices of Kratos with this Psa. I hope it will be fine and that you will enjoy them.

    Edit: All is ready to begin the hex part of sound hacking for the english voices for english brsar. All the voices put will correspond to the japanese voices, and will be put at the same place, so for example if wave 1 says raijinken in japanese voice, in english voice it will be lightning blade. I can't do the hexing part now, but I will probably do it sunday evening, or next week. Sounds are already edited, all that is left is to put them in the smashbros_sound.brsar, and to control how they are played, so that they are not too fast but not too slow.

    I'm curious, can you get spells to work like in actual tales games? Like, appear by the character's feet?
    I was just thinking that the Lyn assist trophy targets random characters for the attack. could that work for spells like Lightning, Air Thrust, Eruption, etc.?

    And have Fireball home like Jeff (assist trophy)/ Samus' missles?

    ^ Mm. I like these ideas.
    That way you aren't just attacking the ground in front of you with your spells.
    It would also add a certain level of unpredictability to Kratos' spell casting.

    I've found, when playing against other human opponents, that every spell aside from the L3 spells are useless because they are so predictable, (Opponents quickly learn to avoid the small area which is effected by the spells), So I end up attacking air and then get hammered during my post-spellcast time.

    The only spells I ever use are L3 spells because the area-of-effect is large enough to catch people in EVEN when they know it is coming.


    By the way DivineOverlord, how is Eruption coming? I believe you said you were planning to start a new animation for it? Just wanting to see if any progression has been made.

    You seem to forget that you're in Brawl. I don't think there is one move for a controllable character that can always appear at the opponent feet and almost always touch his opponent.

    And if I follow your idea, what would happen? The spells would always appear at opponent's feet, excepted Judgment because this one is particular among the offensive magics, so Kratos would always be able to attack his opponent and would be nearly always sure that his spell would work.

    The result is that his spells would become a too great advantage for him, and also a too great advantage compared to other characters who are forced to think before making an attack, with the spells, all you would have to do is to cast them repeatedly, and you would be able to deals damages like this which can also be heavy, without thinking... It is absolutely not Brawl, I know in Tos the spells work like this, but again, it is not because they work like this in Tos that they can work like this in Brawl. And this idea would make Kratos very overpowered as he will be sure that his spells would always hit his opponents, this idea has strictly nothing to do in a game like Brawl.

    And no counting that it would probably be hard for Divine Overlord to make something like this, definitely an idea to forget, and quickly, and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last like this to be suggested, it's really tiring...

    Ps: I don't know if Divine Overlord made progress on Eruption, I wonder, but I suppose he couldn't as he was busy with other psa, maybe he will take care of it later, when he will again have time.

    There is definitely a way this could be made without him being too overpowered.
    Remember, since spells aren't cast instantly, players could see he is beginning to cast and then jump or run away from the spells. Remember, in most tales of games, spells are still dodge-able even though they appear at your feet. There would be a VERY small delay time in the actual cast of the spell so that it gives players a chance to run away. (Again, note that these spells would only align with the X axis of a character, so that a jumping character would not be able to be hit in the air unless it is a spell like cyclone.

    The main positive element of this feature would be that range wouldn't be an issue anymore with spellcasting. You have the ability to use a spell and it hit a target that is far away, but it could also hit another target right in front of you if used properly.

    I do however agree that it would be really hard to implement.. So I'm not pushing really hard for this. If DivineOverlord has some extra time though, this would be something I would like to see in a future version of Kratos.

Maybe it is not the opponent you want to be hit that will be hit, because if it works like Lyn, the target would be chosen randomly, so you can't make a strategy because of the randomness of the attack, excepted this: spell casting, hit, spellcasting, hit, spellcasting, hit...     How? its a property of Kratos, so he can't get his by a spell he uses.

    And why not have two versions. one with concentrate and no targeting spells and another without concentrate but with targeting spells.

    Also, Fireball should have a homing effect anyways. So it should at least have it.

    Fireball definitely. The others would still be nice, but its probably too much work.
    Philia, as to what target you would hit; it would NOT have to be random.
    Use the same target selection method as Samus's homing missiles use to locate the nearest character and that will be your target.
    (That way you don't just hit some random opponent on the other side of the stage.)

    And I don't think Kratos can't get hit by his own spell...
    Take Judgment for example, notice that opponents can be damaged if standing where you are or even a little behind you, but Kratos is perfectly safe. Why not use the same method for these spells as well?
